At the end of May, Fort St John Auxiliary members met up to discuss a new plan on re-landscaping the recently moved Memorial Rose Garden behind the Peace Villa. It was then decided that we would widen the garden as the initial plan when the garden was to be moved did not pen out.

In the beginning of June, members and a couple of spouses (thank you for the help!) started working on re-landscaping the garden by digging up the soil surrounding the garden, removing the bricks, and widened the area. It took them at least 4 hours in total from start to finish.

Cathy, one of the members, later in the day, returned with Rocky, her spouse, and filled up the garden with much more needed soil.
On Monday the 23rd, Rosemary, the President, and a member, replanted 9 additional pots of colorful roses.
